Delivery Information
- We must have cleared payment prior to all custom orders being started.
- We ship orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer rush shipping.
- We must have your street delivery address for UPS to deliver your boxes. This includes what kind of street this is (Ave., St., Rd., etc.). Orders missing this information may be delayed up to 3 days.
Returns and Refunds
We must be notified within 10 business days of your order arriving of any missing or broken products or for RMA requests. After the 10 business days, the sale is final.
Orders refused or returned without an RMA are not refunded.
Defective products replacement - if you receive a defective product from us, we will replace the defective part at our cost. If you happen to receive a package with defective or missing/broken parts, please email us immediately with your order number, product description and what is broken or missing. We will replace broken or missing products only, there is no refund for them. You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order there is defective or broken products.
Non-defective products returns - If you order incorrectly or decide you do not want the product, you can email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a store credit only for 50% of the order subtotal. Orders returned without the RMA number or within 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of the RMA being issued, we will refuse the package and send it back to you.
Order Cancellations
If you must cancel your order, we will be more than happy to work you, as long as the order has not been started. If you notice an error on your order, please contact us immediately so we may fix the issue. If you must cancel after your order is started, we will treat your order like a return and there will be a 25% restock fee.
